We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Returns failing to meet this condition will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility:
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
Proof of delivery is required for all returns.
Please ensure your return shipment is securely packaged and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost by the shipping carrier or damaged during transit.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused by the customer, all associated shipping costs (including original shipping to the customer, return shipping, and any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees) will be charged to the customer.
